Advertising Services Coordinator / Manager
The advertising services coordinator / manager is responsible for delivering online advertiser sponsorship and brand integration programs. This includes the ability to manage multiple production schedules, the development of creative assets for ad campaigns and generate ad performance reports across multiple video and ad serving platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone to be involved in creating the next big brand campaigns in entertainment, and learn from an incredibly experienced and seasoned sales force in new media, including working directly with our Senior VP of Sales.
Responsibilities:- Lead implementation of advertiser sponsorships and brand integration programs
- Develop, manage and implement multiple ad roll-out production schedules and prioritize workload
- Manage and maintain client brand assets and the development of creative assets for specialized campaigns
- Assist in the development of comprehensive ad proposals and sales presentations
- Ability to manage ongoing ad campaigns in various stages of creative, design, and technical production and implementation
- Collaborate with programming teams to generate concepts and ideas
- Integrate metrics to track the effectiveness of sponsorships and report response data
- Track, maintain sales progress and develop status & forecasting reports and revenue projections
- BA / BS degree
- At least 3 years experience in advertising or marketing in an ad agency or media organization
- Proven strong project management experience and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong oral, writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work quickly under short deadlines
